1Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "pupwin", "we", "us", or "our" refers to the pupwin platform and its operating entity, which provides online casino and gaming services to users in the Philippines.
• "Platform" refers to the pupwin website accessible at pupwin.net, including all pages, features, games, and services available thereon.
• "User", "you", or "your" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the pupwin Platform.
• "Account" refers to the registered user account created by a User on the pupwin Platform.
• " Wager" refers to any bet or stake placed by a User on any game or event available through the pupwin Platform.
• "Bonus" refers to any promotional credit, free spin, cashback, or other incentive offered by pupwin to Users, subject to applicable terms.
• "PHP" or "₱" refers to the Philippine Peso, the official currency used for all transactions on the pupwin Platform.
• "KYC" refers to Know Your Customer verification procedures required to confirm a User's identity and eligibility.
• "RNG" refers to a certified Random Number Generator used to ensure fair and unpredictable game outcomes.

2Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the pupwin Platform, creating an Account, or placing any Wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and any game-specific rules published on the Platform.

These Terms & Conditions constitute a binding legal agreement between you and pupwin. Your continued use of the Platform following any published amendments constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically.

pupwin reserves the right to require you to re-confirm your acceptance of these Terms & Conditions at any time, including following material amendments. Failure to re-confirm acceptance when requested may result in suspension of your Account pending resolution.

3Eligibility

To register and use the pupwin Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age, in accordance with Philippine gaming regulations governing casino-style gambling activities.
• You must be physically located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is lawful at the time of accessing the Platform.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or immediate family member of any employee of pupwin or its affiliated entities.
• You must not have been previously self-excluded from the pupwin Platform or any other gambling platform under a self-exclusion agreement that remains in effect.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under Philippine law.
• You must not be acting on behalf of another person or entity when registering or placing Wagers.

pupwin reserves the right to verify your eligibility at any time and to suspend or close your Account if you are found to be ineligible. Any winnings accrued during a period of ineligibility may be forfeited.

4Account Registration

To access the full features of the pupwin Platform, you must register for an Account. The following rules apply to Account registration and maintenance:

• One Account Per Person: Each individual may hold only one Account on the pupwin Platform. The creation of duplicate, multiple, or linked Accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in permanent suspension of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of balances.
• Accurate Information: You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and valid contact details. Providing false or misleading information is a material breach of these Terms.
• Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. pupwin will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized access to your Account caused by your failure to maintain credential security.
• KYC Verification: pupwin may require you to complete identity verification (KYC) before processing withdrawals or at any other time deemed necessary. Required documents may include a government-issued photo ID, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership.
• Account Updates: You must promptly update your Account information if any details change. Failure to maintain accurate information may result in delays to withdrawal processing or Account suspension.

5Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the pupwin Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). The following terms govern deposits and withdrawals:

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

pupwin accepts the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals: GCash, PayMaya (Maya), bank transfer via BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, and Security Bank, and debit cards issued by Philippine banks. All payment methods must be registered in your own name and must match the name on your pupwin Account.

5.2 Deposits

• The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Maximum deposit limits may apply depending on your account verification status and selected payment method.
• Deposits are generally credited to your pupwin Account within minutes for GCash and PayMaya transactions. Bank transfer deposits may take up to one (1) business day to reflect.
• pupwin does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees, for which pupwin bears no responsibility.
• Deposits must be made for the purpose of genuine gaming activity. Depositing funds without the intention to wager, for the purpose of exploiting bonuses or payment processing, is prohibited.

5.3 Withdrawals

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in your own name.
• GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within 15 minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one (1) to three (3) business days.
• pupwin reserves the right to request KYC documentation before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals will not be processed to Accounts that have not completed required verification steps.
• Withdrawals of bonus-derived winnings are subject to applicable wagering requirements being met in full prior to processing.
• pupwin reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on withdrawal requests that trigger anti-money laundering thresholds, which may result in processing delays.

6Bonuses & Promotions

pupwin may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, and other promotional incentives to Users from time to time. The following general terms apply to all bonuses unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise:

• Wagering Requirements: All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements, which specify the number of times the bonus amount (and in some cases the deposit amount) must be wagered before a withdrawal can be requested. Wagering requirements are stated in the specific promotion terms.
• Eligible Games: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, while table games, live dealer games, and certain other game types may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all. Specific contribution rates are published in the relevant promotion terms.
• Bonus Expiry: Bonuses and any associated winnings expire if wagering requirements are not met within the stated validity period. Expired bonuses are forfeited without compensation.
• One Bonus at a Time: Unless otherwise stated, only one bonus may be active on your Account at any given time. Opting into a new bonus while another is active may result in forfeiture of the existing bonus.
• Abuse Prevention: pupwin reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reclaim any bonus where there is evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple Accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, placing low-risk bets to meet wagering requirements, or any other conduct designed to exploit promotional offers.
• Modification and Withdrawal: pupwin reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, subject to honoring commitments already made to Users who have opted into an active promotion in good faith.

7Game Rules & Conduct

All games available on the pupwin Platform are governed by individual game rules published within each game interface. In addition, the following general conduct rules apply to all Users:

7.1 Fair Play

All games on the pupwin Platform use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. pupwin does not manipulate game results in favor of the house beyond the published Return to Player (RTP) rates for each game.

7.2 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the pupwin Platform and may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game
• Use of automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to play games or exploit the Platform
• Exploitation of software errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities — any winnings derived from such exploitation are void and will be reclaimed
• Fraudulent chargebacks or reversal of legitimate deposits
• Money laundering or any other illegal financial activity conducted through the Platform
• Providing false information during registration or KYC verification
• Any conduct that disrupts the experience of other Users or the normal operation of the Platform

7.3 Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute regarding a game outcome or transaction, you must contact pupwin customer support within seven (7) days of the disputed event. pupwin will investigate all disputes in good faith and provide a written response within fourteen (14) business days. The decision of pupwin's compliance team is final in all game-related disputes, subject to applicable Philippine law.

8Intellectual Property

All content on the pupwin Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game assets, software, user interface designs, and trademarks, is the intellectual property of pupwin or its licensed content providers and is protected under applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the pupwin Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This license does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content from the Platform without prior written consent from pupwin
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on Platform content
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software component of the Platform
• Use any pupwin trademark, logo, or brand asset in any manner not expressly authorized in writing

Any unauthorized use of pupwin's intellectual property may result in Account termination and legal action. All rights not expressly granted in these Terms are reserved by pupwin.

9Privacy & Data

pupwin collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Key data practices include:

• Collection of registration data, transaction records, and gameplay history for account management, KYC compliance, and responsible gaming purposes
• Sharing of data with payment processors, identity verification providers, and regulatory authorities as required by law
• Retention of transaction and account records for a minimum period as required under Philippine anti-money laundering regulations
• Implementation of industry-standard security measures to protect your personal data from unauthorized access

10Responsible Gaming

pupwin is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing a safe environment for all Users. The following responsible gaming provisions apply:

• Age Restriction: The pupwin Platform is strictly for Users aged 21 and above. We employ age verification measures and will suspend any Account found to belong to a minor.
• Deposit Limits: Users may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their Account at any time. Once set, limits take effect immediately and can only be increased after a mandatory cooling-off period.
• Session Reminders: Users may configure session time reminders to receive notifications after a specified period of continuous play.
• Self-Exclusion: Users who wish to take a break from gambling may request a self-exclusion period of 30 days, 90 days, 180 days, or permanent exclusion. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

11Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, pupwin's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your Account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

pupwin shall not be liable for any of the following, whether arising in contract, tort, or otherwise:

• Loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or anticipated savings
• Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages of any kind
• Losses arising from interruption or unavailability of the Platform due to maintenance, technical failure, or circumstances beyond pupwin's reasonable control
• Losses arising from your failure to maintain the security of your Account credentials
• Losses arising from your reliance on information published on the Platform that is subsequently found to be inaccurate

Nothing in these Terms limits pupwin's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under Philippine law.

12Termination

Either party may terminate the Account relationship at any time, subject to the following conditions:

12.1 Termination by You

You may close your Account at any time by contacting pupwin customer support. Upon closure, any remaining balance in your Account (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC verification requirements.

12.2 Termination by pupwin

pupwin reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your Account, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions
• Provision of false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct
• Failure to complete required KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe
• Conduct that is abusive, threatening, or harmful toward pupwin staff or other Users
• Regulatory requirement or instruction from a competent authority

Where an Account is closed by pupwin due to a breach of these Terms, pupwin reserves the right to withhold any balance pending investigation. Balances confirmed as legitimately won through fair play will be returned to you following the conclusion of any investigation, less any amounts owed to pupwin.

13Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines. Both parties agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts for the purpose of litigating any such dispute.

pupwin operates in compliance with applicable Philippine gaming regulations, including those administered by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). Users are responsible for ensuring that their use of the Platform complies with the laws of their own jurisdiction.

14Amendments

pupwin reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, pupwin will notify registered Users via the email address associated with their Account and/or by displaying a prominent notice on the Platform.

Amendments take effect on the date specified in the notice, which will be no less than seven (7) days after notification for material changes. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

If you do not agree to any amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your Account before the effective date of the amendment. The most current version of these Terms is always available on this page, with the "Last Updated" date reflecting the date of the most recent revision.
